Peer Review Process
Review period of up to 2 months!
Upon receipt of the author of the article, it is sent for review. The magazine holds a double-blind peer review (being tested for plagiarism, compliance with article topics of the magazine, the article title match its content and checking the content of the article).
After receiving a response from the reviewers, if you have corrections, you must take them into account and download the corrected article again through the magazine website.
If no adjustments or fixes all comments made by reviewers, the article goes on editing
Open Access Policy
This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

Journal History
The journal "Electronics and Communications" is a scientific professional edition of Ukraine in the field of engineering sciences. The journal publishes original articles and review of results of the study of the basic problems of electronic equipment (vacuum, quantum and solid-state electronics, physical and technological aspects of the production of discrete devices and integrated circuits), communications (engineering, telecommunication and computers systems and networks, wireless devices and telecommunications, principles networks, Internet); reports of scientific conferences, bibliographic reviews.
The journal launched in 1995, the Faculty Elektoroniky "KPI" and the Kiev Military Institute of Management and Communications Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (now the Military Institute of Telecommunications and Information).
In 2004, the founders were National Technical University of Ukraine "Kiev Polytechnic Institute", National Institute of Information and Communication Technologies. The magazine listed the SAC Ukraine.
By the editorial board includes leading sciences from Ukraine, Russia and other countries.
