Abstract

The article describes the role of the shape of the cochlea and the role of the Reissner’s membrane, that are relating to formulation of the problem of constructing a mathematical model of human cochlea. For the first time in a three-dimensional model was included the longitudinal coupling in form of elastic stiffness of fibers.
