Voltage Reference modification
Main Article Content
Abstract
The possibility of voltage reference modification for price down is investigated. For this purpose an analytic and numerical analyzing methods of voltage reference points design are considered. The real fall price possibility is research at minimum fall of quality.
Reserve for elements advance is shown. The reference IC core based on diffusion resistors is obtained with precision that almost equal one based on film resistors.
