Investigation of the Electron-Optical Properties of High-Voltage Glow Discharge Triode Electrode Systems Taking into Account the Position and Shape of the Anode Plasma Boundary
Main Article Content
Abstract
Analyzing of anode plasma boundary form and position in triode high voltage glow discharge electrodes systems is provided. Methodic of analyzing is based on photographing of discharge gap and on using of up-date methods of computer image recognizing. Obtained results show the principle possibility and perspectives of using triode glow discharge electron guns in the novel electronbeam technologies
