Study of characteristics of piezoelectric transformers
Main Article Content
Abstract
Complex research of piezoelectric transformers representing perspective, but relatively low-spread kind of electronic devices is carried out. Modelling of piezoelectric transformer by means of software package OrCAD is executed. Gain-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics, dependences of input current and phase shift between input current and voltage versus frequency, dependences of transformation factor versus frequency and load resistance are obtained. The analysis of obtained characteristics is carried out, advantages of converting devices bases on piezoelectric transformers are presented and recommendations for their efficient application are offered
