Automated bench based on the NI USB-6009 data acquisition board for measuring static parameters micromechanical thermistor converter
Main Article Content
Abstract
The hardware architecture, software and user’s interface of the automated stand for determination of static parameters of resistive temperature transducer are described. The structure of directly and indirectly heated micromechanical resistive membrane element and its basic parameters are specified. The measured with the designed stand transducer’s characteristics are presented and analyzed
