Development and implementation of the planning function for comprehensive information system of a medical and preventive institution

Abstract
The extended complex of planning classes, formulated principles and developed mechanisms are considered as a basis of planning for medical activities. The developed approach to the medical planning consists of determination and systematization of planning elements: attributing the concrete element to one of five classes and establishing a connection between the elements of the selected classes. The variants of the use of the indicated principles and mechanisms for realization of plan tasks are given
