Abstract

The aim of the work is to realize phase-plot analysis of myometrium contractility of the mice on the different terms of gestation, namely to estimate on 5 and 10 day of gestation change of amplitude of contraction, frequency of contraction, duration of contraction and relaxation, duration of contraction at half of amplitude, rate of contraction and relaxation, and also calculations of index of contractility. On 4-5 day of gestation it was observed the decrease of amplitude of contraction, duration of relaxation, contractility index. On 10-11 day of gestation the increase of amplitude of contraction, rate of contraction and relaxation, contractility index were observed
