Sound emission by a cylindrical piezoceramic a transducer placed in a layer of sound-transparent material
Main Article Content
Abstract
Based on a computational model in a form of an equivalent electromechanical circuit of a piezoceramic cylindrical transducer, placed in a layer of a sound transparent material, analytical expressions are obtained, describing the transducer’s sound field in its whole domain of existence. A calculating experiment is performed, allowing to analyze the mechanical impedance’s dependence on the frequency and the matching layer’s thickness. Some conclusions about the matching layer’s influence on the transducer’s sound field are made
