Fundamentals of the use of nanostructured materials to provide electromagnetic compatibility of electronic devices
Main Article Content
Abstract
The processes of screening of electric, magnetic and electromagnetic fields in the frequency range from few-tens kHz to few-tens GHz are considered. The features of screens made of metal with high conductivity and of ferromagnetic materials are shown. The requirements to the nanostructure composite materials for electromagnetic screening are pointed out. Methods for the screens implementation on the basis of reflecting or absorbing broadband nanocomposite structures are identified.
