Abstract

In this review we cover the main tendencies in the development of the transparent electronics. The special attention is devoted to the transparent conductive oxide materials that are used for liquid crystal displays, organic light emitted diodes and displays, solar cells and thin-films transistors. We also present our original results for zinc oxide thin films electrical characteristics.
