Promising nanostructures and nanocomponents of electronics

Abstract
n the article perspective materials and nanoscale structures for creation of electronic components are considered. The analysis of physical processes is conducted and the examples of realization of nanostructures for creation of touch-controls, transistors, memory cells, passive elements of nano integrated circuits are resulted.
