Characterization of SOFC electrolytes using impedance spectroscopy analysis (overview)
Main Article Content
Abstract
The overview paper considers the difference of electrical characterization methods for the electrodes and electrolytes of SOFC. Features of the
use of IS for SOFC electrolytes with Debye response was shown. A comprehensive study of possible non-Debye relaxation mechanisms in SOFC materials was made. The definition of microstructure parameters in the case of non-Debye representation was shown on the example of experimental study of 10Sc1CeSZ ceramics. Ref. 22, Fig. 8, Tables 2.
