Abstract

The article deals with the formation of the new requirements for critical IT-infrastructure and determination of the parameters for the formation of optimality criterion for creating and managing critical IT-infrastructure. There is considered lifetime of critical IT-infrastructure and key points that need to pay attention on time of the construction of new critical IT-infrastructure.
