Influence of the Structural Hierarchy of the Conducting Phase Particles in the bulk absorber material on process of absorption of microwave energy
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article considers the bulk absorbers with dielectric base made of aluminium nitride and particles of conducting molybdenum. Influence of sphere formed structures of the conglomerates formed by molybdenum particles on microwave absorption level is investigated at different concentration of molybdenum in composite ALN-Mo. It is shown that peak absorption is related to formation of bulk sphere formed shaped conglomerates and is reached at 16-18% of bulk with molybdenum particles of 21 microns and at 22-24 % of bulk with the particles of 4-8 microns
