Abstract

On the basis of the analysis of the studied mechanisms of interaction of laser radiation and a bio tissue the basic requirements to parameters of laser surgical devices are defined. It is created two-wave (1,064 and 1,32 microns) the laser surgical device of new generation the Pulsar, under the characteristics combining advantages as solid-state (high pulse capacity), and diode lasers (adjustment of duration of impulses). At the expense of optimization of a design of a radiator the efficiency of generation to 5 % is considerably raised and, as consequence, are considerably lowered weight and size characteristics of system of a lamp rating and the device as a whole. On the basis of results of medical tests ranges of parameters of the laser radiation corresponding to three groups of surgical operations are defined: on a skin, endoscopic, laparoscopic operations in otorhinolaryngology and purulent surgery
