Abstract

The spectral and spectral-temporal characteristics of piano sound consonance intervals: octaves, fifths and fourths between rearoctave to the third octave, and sound sequences in the first octave are investigated. Analyzed these acoustic characteristics depending on the frequency range, the sound intensity, tempo performance and strokes. Shows the change in objective parameters of sound grand, depending on the acoustics of the hall, which lead to changes in timbre and temporal characteristics of the sound perceived by the audience.
